Lose weight naturally with avocados!
I grew up in the generation that believed that fats were ‘bad’ and that we should be scare of and stay away from them. Something that is completely far from the truth! But we all have the chance to change our thinking and I have done it! Otherwise I will be missing delicious goodness things like avocados!
When you eat natural fats like the ones contain in avocados, your body gets the energy need it for its everyday functions, you will feel more satisfy, and your body will absorb more nutrients which will improve your general health.
How to use them?
Raw is best. Add them to your morning smoothie or your toast, to salads, or eat it on its own, with lots of lemon juice and touch of salt and pepper.
Even to make a quick dessert just like this one!
CREAMY RAW AVOCADO AND CACAO MOUSSE
Ingredients
1 Ripe avocado
1 Tbs Raw Cacao
1 Tbs Raw honey
Pinch of cinnamon
What to do:
Blend all ingredients together until it creates a smooth creamy mousse.
Refrigerate for 5 min and enjoy!
Use this cream to top delicious sweet crepes and toast! Delicioso! 🙂
