Quinoa and Almond Pilaf
This dish is the perfect complement for any meal , it will add crunchiness, freshness and a bit of sweetness. Quick and easy to make and full of beneficial fibre.
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 Cup sultanas
1/4 striped garlic
1 teaspoon minced oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are well incorporated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with fresh salad and grilled meat if desire.
