Here is a delicious, time saving recipe for any meal of the day!
(GF) KOREAN PANCAKES + SAUERKRAUT + TAMARI .
I used :
2 cups of Sorghum flour .
1 cup tapioca flour
3 eggs (can be replaced for chia eggs).
1 cup chopped veggies ( anything left in the fridge)
1 cup chopped spring onions
1 cup organic tofu (optional)
1/4 cup black sesame seeds .
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. In a pan Heat up a Tbs of coconut oil or sesame oil. Spoon in the mix to form the pancakes and cook both sides until golden brown. #delicious #easyrecipes.
