If you want to start a new habit and begin living a healthier happier life then start small and be consistent. Make so easy that you can’t say NO to yourself!
Here are my top four healthy habits:
1. Wash my fruits and vegetables in a mix of water and apple cider vinegar. This will help remove pesticides and other chemicals used to preserve fruit and vegetables until they are ready to sell.
2. Apple cider vinegar drink: The taste can be tough to swallow, so, if you want to give this drink a try, the recommendation is to mix 1 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water and honey or add it to your fresh fruit juice.
3.Sprouting. The health benefits of sprouts include the ability to improve the digestive process, boost the metabolism, increase enzymatic activity throughout the body, help with weight loss, lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, protect against cancer, boost skin health, support the immune system, and more!
4. Barefoot walking. Get into nature and reconnect. Moving your body and reconnecting with nature will increase your energy and improve your mood.
