Chessy Kale Chips
Yes, it is true! They are crunchy, cheesy and delicious but the best of all is that they are good for your waist line. Kale has greta content of fibre, vitamin K and calcium.
1 bunch of kale leaves cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
On a baking sheet, spread the kale leaves and drizzle them with oil, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 130 degrees and cook for 20 or until they are crisp.
Serve with quinoa burger patties
